Top Microsoft Ads Agencies in the UK (2026)
Five notable UK agencies that run Microsoft Ads as its own account rather than a copy of Google, and what to ask before you hire one.
Published
Most UK advertisers who run Microsoft Ads at all run it the same way. Someone clicks import, pulls the Google account across, and nobody opens it again until the invoice looks odd. That is not managing Bing, it is photocopying Google and hoping the toner holds. This list is for founders and marketing heads at 7-figure SaaS, B2B and homeware brands who want an agency that treats Microsoft as an account of its own, with its own search terms, bids and checks.
Five UK agencies are below, and “top” here means notable and active rather than ranked by quality. We have left out every agency already sitting on page one for this search, since you will find those without our help, and picked smaller, regional and adjacent specialists instead. We are Snowball Creations, we run Microsoft alongside Google for our clients, and we are first because it is our list. Every fact about the other four was read off that agency’s own website on 21 October 2026.
The short version
- Snowball Creations: for 7-figure SaaS, B2B and homeware e-commerce brands that want Microsoft run as its own account, checked weekly, next to Google.
- Launch: for brands that want a mid-sized paid media team in the South West with a named account manager.
- Loom Digital: for B2B and professional services businesses that want a long-standing Microsoft specialist in Bristol.
- Link Digital: for smaller businesses that want the ads, the landing pages and the website from one Hertfordshire team.
- Visionary Marketing: for brands that want senior specialists only, on month-to-month terms, from a Newcastle base.
Snowball Creations
We are a London-based paid advertising agency, founded in 2017, running Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok, Amazon and Wayfair for 7-figure SaaS, B2B and homeware e-commerce brands. On Microsoft our position is simple: it gets its own campaigns, its own search-term reviews and its own bids, because the audience and the auction are different even when the keywords look identical. Importing from Google is where we start, never where we stop.
The method is the one we use on Google. Phrase match by default, exact match for brand, and almost never broad. Brand sits in its own small campaign and brand conversions are never counted as growth. Conversion tracking, including offline conversions back to the CRM for SaaS and B2B accounts, goes in before a pound is spent, and we never more than double an account’s spend inside a single month. For homeware and furniture brands, Microsoft is usually a slice of the search and Shopping budget rather than the centre of it.
Why They’re a Good Choice
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly lever checks on every platform, Microsoft included, rather than a build and a monthly PDF.
- Two stages, said out loud on our SaaS paid ads page: finding the fit with a wide range of tests, then scaling the spend with about four-fifths of it behind the winners and the rest into new tests.
- Trusted by 100+ 7-figure+ brands across SaaS, B2B and homeware. That is a company-wide line, not a claim about Microsoft results.
- Ad creative made in-house through Snowball Studios, so the copy is written for the platform rather than borrowed from another one.
- One team across Google and Microsoft, so negative keywords and search-term lessons travel in both directions.
Launch
Launch is a performance marketing agency with teams in Bristol and Exeter. Its about page, read on 21 October 2026, says it has grown over 14 years to 30 people, and its services run across paid search, paid social, video and display, with separate lines for experimentation, performance creative and data. Microsoft Ads has a page of its own rather than sitting as a footnote under Google.
That page describes two services: Microsoft Ads audits, which check account structure and bidding strategy against how the platform should be set up and look for budget that could be put to better use, and ongoing management. It is direct about the import problem, saying Google campaigns can be imported but a copy-paste approach will not get the best performance. Each client gets a dedicated account manager responsible for setup, execution and performance, and the page says Microsoft speaks regularly at Launch’s own events.
Why They’re a Good Choice
- A Microsoft page that names the copy-paste import as a problem, read on 21 October 2026.
- Audits offered as a standalone starting point before any management.
- A dedicated account manager responsible for setup, execution and performance.
- Recognition as a Celebrated Microsoft Advertising Partner, named on its Microsoft page.
- Prospective clients get to meet current clients before signing, per its about page.

Loom Digital
Loom Digital is a Bristol agency founded in 2009 by Nikki Ellison as Digirank, an SEO and PPC agency, and renamed in 2019. Its story page, read on 21 October 2026, describes it as female-founded and female-led, with four specialist teams covering paid media, SEO, content and data, and sector pages for construction, education and professional services.
Its Microsoft Ads page says Loom is a Microsoft Advertising Elite Partner and has worked on Microsoft Ads for over ten years. It covers Microsoft Search, Microsoft Shopping and the Microsoft Audience Network, and it raises a point many agencies skip: LinkedIn profile targeting by company, industry and job function, plus Multimedia Ads beside the search results. The stated process runs from audit and research, through strategy and creative (using its own creative partners or your design team), to reporting and optimisation.
Why They’re a Good Choice
- Elite Partner status stated on its Microsoft page, read on 21 October 2026.
- More than ten years of Microsoft Ads work, per the same page.
- Search, Shopping and Audience Network campaigns all named as services.
- Led by the two directors who built the agency, per its story page.
- A Google Partner since the first year of that scheme, which the story page dates to 2013.
Link Digital
Link Digital is a web design and digital marketing agency based in Hertfordshire, established in 2013 and working UK-wide. Its about page, read on 21 October 2026, says it tailors its services to small and medium-sized businesses and keeps design, development, SEO, paid media and CRM work in one in-house team, alongside AI sales tools of its own.
Its Microsoft Bing Ads page sets out planning (business goals, keyword research and a strategy plan), setup, ongoing optimisation and monthly reports with review meetings, plus two things that sit outside most ads agencies: landing page design and conversion rate optimisation. The free starting point is a Microsoft ad review and strategy plan. If your problem is that the clicks arrive and nothing happens, a team that can change the page as well as the bid is the useful part.
Why They’re a Good Choice
- Landing pages and conversion rate optimisation in the same team as the Microsoft account, per its Microsoft page read on 21 October 2026.
- A stated focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
- Monthly reporting with review meetings rather than a report dropped in an inbox.
- A dedicated account manager, listed on the Microsoft page.
- A free Microsoft ad review before any commitment.

Visionary Marketing
Visionary Marketing is an SEO and Google Ads agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with further offices in London and Middlesbrough. Its about page, read on 21 October 2026, says it was founded by Chris Coussons, who has more than 15 years in performance marketing, and that it runs as a lean team of senior specialists.
Its Microsoft Ads page says it manages Bing campaigns alongside Google Ads for the same clients, with the team balancing spend across both platforms, and describes its approach as not a Google copy-paste. The about page is unusually blunt about terms: senior specialists only, no juniors, and month-to-month engagements with no long-term contracts. For a founder who has been burned by a twelve-month lock-in, that line may be most of the pitch.
Why They’re a Good Choice
- Microsoft and Google run together for the same clients, per its Microsoft page read on 21 October 2026.
- Senior specialists only, as stated on its about page.
- Month-to-month terms rather than long contracts.
- An SEO practice alongside the ads team, useful when paid and organic search overlap.
- Regional, with a Newcastle head office rather than a London-first setup.

How to choose a Microsoft Ads agency
Choose the agency that can show you Microsoft-specific work: its own search-term reviews, its own negatives, bids set for Microsoft’s auction rather than inherited from Google, and a reason to use the features Google does not have. Ask to see a Microsoft account they run, not a Google account with a Bing tab attached. If every answer starts with “we import”, you have your answer.
If you are still deciding whether Bing is worth a budget at all, our older piece on whether Bing Ads are better than Google Ads covers the platform question. The agency question is narrower, and in most accounts we have audited it comes down to whether anyone looks at the Microsoft side after week one. Three questions sort that out quickly.
Three questions worth asking
- What changes in the account after the import? The import is the easy bit. You want to hear about weekly search-term reviews, Microsoft-only negatives and bids set from Microsoft’s own conversion data, not Google’s.
- Do you use LinkedIn profile targeting? Microsoft’s help page on LinkedIn profile targeting, read on 21 October 2026, says Microsoft Advertising is the only advertising platform other than LinkedIn that lets you target by LinkedIn profile, by company, industry and job function, across Search, Dynamic Search ads, Microsoft Shopping, Audience and Performance Max campaigns. For a B2B or SaaS brand, that is the main reason Bing deserves a strategy of its own.
- How big do you expect this to get? An honest agency will tell you Microsoft is usually a slice of the search budget, not a rival to Google. One that promises otherwise is selling the platform rather than the result.
On B2B SaaS accounts, our usual mix is roughly three parts Google to one part LinkedIn, because LinkedIn creates the demand that Google later converts. Microsoft, where it earns a place, comes out of the search side of that budget and is judged on the same thing as the Google Ads account: qualified demos and paying users rather than raw form fills. If you want to know what the management itself should cost, our UK PPC agency cost guide sets out the fee models, and the red flags piece applies to a Bing pitch just as well.
Treat Bing as a second account, not a second copy
Any of the five agencies above will run Microsoft Ads for you. The difference that matters is whether someone opens the account every week, reads the search terms and changes something, or whether an import runs on a schedule and the account drifts quietly in the background. A campaign nobody checks is a campaign the platform runs for itself, and that is as true at Microsoft as it is at Google.
If you want us to look at how your Microsoft and Google accounts are set up today, book a free account audit. We will tell you whether Bing deserves more budget, less, or none at all, and why.
FAQ
Questions people ask
What does a Microsoft Advertising partner badge actually tell me?
That the agency is enrolled and has met Microsoft's criteria for its tier. Microsoft's Partner Program FAQ, read on 21 October 2026, says there are three tiers, partner, select and elite, based on criteria such as engagement levels and annual spend, reviewed each December. It measures activity and volume with Microsoft, not how well your account will be run.
Can we just import our Google Ads campaigns into Microsoft Ads?
You can, and it is a sensible starting point, but not everything comes across as it was. Microsoft's help page on what gets imported, read on 21 October 2026, says Performance Max campaigns arrive as Performance Max or Search campaigns and Demand Gen arrives as Audience campaigns, and it suggests editing or pausing scheduled imports to avoid unintended changes to status, budget or bids.
Does Microsoft Ads need its own conversion tracking if Google's already works?
Yes. Microsoft's help page on conversion tracking, read on 21 October 2026, says Microsoft Advertising needs Universal Event Tracking (UET) on your site to collect data, and asks advertisers with UK visitors to pass consent through Consent Mode or the Transparency and Consent Framework. We set this up, including offline conversions where there is a CRM, before any spend.
How much does Snowball charge to run Microsoft Ads?
Fees start from £1,749 per platform per month, so Microsoft is priced as its own platform rather than thrown in with Google. There is a three-month commitment, then one month's rolling notice, and a minimum ad spend of £2,500 a month per platform. Below that, Microsoft rarely gathers enough data to make decisions on.
Can we run Microsoft Ads without Google Ads?
You can, but we rarely recommend it. Microsoft works best fed by what Google has already proven: the keywords that convert, the negatives and the ad copy. Run on its own, you are paying to learn on the smaller platform. If the budget only stretches to one search engine, start with Google and add Microsoft once that account is profitable.
