If you sell furniture, lighting or homeware and want someone to run paid TikTok campaigns (an ad account, a pixel, a budget and a weekly look at the numbers) rather than send your products to a dozen creators and hope, these five UK agencies do the paid side. “Top” here means notable and active, not a ranking by quality. Every one is a real agency with a real team, and every fact about the four that aren’t us was read off their own website on 26 October 2026.

This is our list and we are on it, first, because it’s our blog. The other four are small or regional agencies outside London, listed alphabetically, and none of them is one of the agencies already sitting on page one for this search. We don’t link to other agencies (a house rule, nothing personal), so their names are in plain text and easy to search.

Key takeaways

  • Snowball Creations: best for 7-figure homeware, furniture and SaaS brands that want TikTok run beside Google and Meta.
  • Fenti Marketing (Sheffield): best for design, photography, video and TikTok ads from one team.
  • Shaka Social (Glasgow): best for e-commerce brands wanting social-first creative and paid social together.
  • TwoSquares (Edinburgh): best for TikTok next to SEO, Google Ads and CRO, with Spark Ads covered.
  • Wired Media (Bristol): best for online shops wanting TikTok catalogue ads from a web agency.

Snowball Creations

Snowball Creations is a paid ads agency founded in 2017, with the team in London and on the south coast and our creative and marketing people in Cape Town. We run TikTok as a paid channel for 7-figure brands, alongside Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Amazon and Wayfair. For homeware and furniture brands TikTok is usually a slice of the budget beside Google Shopping and Meta rather than the main event, and we’ll say so on the first call if it doesn’t fit yet.

How we run accounts doesn’t change much by platform. Conversion tracking goes in before a pound is spent. Every account goes through two stages: finding the fit, with a wide spread of tests across targeting, messaging and creative, then scaling the spend, where the winners are protected and about four-fifths of the budget goes behind them while the rest keeps testing. Creative comes from our own studio, Snowball Studios, and as our page on how we run TikTok ads puts it, we produce double the amount of content we actually use.

Why They’re a Good Choice

  • TikTok is planned with your Google and Meta accounts, so it has a defined job in the mix rather than a separate budget nobody checks.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly lever checks on every platform. The setup is a fraction of the job; the checks are what you are paying for.
  • In-house creative through Snowball Studios, on a platform where the video does most of the work.
  • Trusted by 100+ 7-figure+ brands. We don’t have a TikTok result on our approved proof list yet, so we’re not quoting one.

Fenti Marketing

Fenti Marketing is a Sheffield agency that runs TikTok ads as part of a paid social service that also covers Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Pinterest. Its site lists design and branding, web design, photography, video production, SEO and PPC alongside the paid social work, so it is a creative studio and a digital agency under one roof. The team page names an SEO and paid media manager and a head of social, which tells you who you’d be talking to.

On its TikTok page, Fenti lists what the management service includes: audience research and targeting, ad creation and design, budget management, performance tracking and reporting, and continuous optimisation. It pitches TikTok at brands that want awareness, app downloads or sales. Fenti also offers a free social media audit and a free PPC audit, both listed in its site navigation when we read it.

Why They’re a Good Choice

  • Photography and video production in-house, so TikTok creative doesn’t depend on a separate supplier.
  • TikTok inside a wider paid social offer, for one agency across several platforms.
  • A clearly scoped TikTok service, from targeting through to reporting.
  • A free social media audit to start the conversation.

Shaka Social

Shaka Social is a Glasgow agency founded in 2022 by Grant Macdonald and Ali Olivier, built around social media from the start. It describes itself as a social-first creative and performance agency, and its services run from organic social management and short-form video editing to paid social, strategy and training. On its paid social page it calls itself a certified Meta and TikTok partner and aims that service squarely at e-commerce brands.

Its paid social framework has three steps, in its own words: diagnose, build the growth system, then launch, learn and scale. Shaka says its reports break results down by campaign, audience and creative, and include ROAS, cost per acquisition, average order value and conversion rate. Its site says its creative and paid media teams work together, which is the part that matters on a platform built on short video.

Why They’re a Good Choice

  • Creative and paid media in the same team, by its own description.
  • An e-commerce focus on its paid social page, with reporting built around ROAS, order value and conversion rate.
  • Short-form video editing offered as a service in its own right.
  • A named three-step framework you can hold them to.

TwoSquares

TwoSquares is an Edinburgh performance marketing agency focused on SEO, Google Ads, paid social and CRO for UK businesses. Its paid social service covers Meta, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and its site has industry pages for hotels, property, restaurants and e-commerce brands. It is an SEO-led agency with a paid arm.

For TikTok, TwoSquares lists campaign setup and optimisation, audience targeting and Spark Ads support, with TikTok Pixel setup and Conversion API support under its tracking work. Its paid social audits cover campaign structure, creative, targeting, tracking, retargeting and budget waste. It is refreshingly unpushy, too: its page calls TikTok useful where the audience fit is strong.

Why They’re a Good Choice

  • Spark Ads support named explicitly, so organic and creator posts can be run as ads.
  • Tracking work that covers the TikTok Pixel, not just Meta’s.
  • A paid social audit that looks for budget waste before anyone adds spend.
  • TikTok run beside SEO, PPC and CRO if you want one agency for search and social.

Wired Media

Wired Media is a Bristol agency whose founder started the company in 2000, which is a long time in agency years. It is a web design and digital marketing agency with five core teams (data, design, SEO, PPC and development), and its paid social service covers Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X. Its site also carries e-commerce pages for sectors from jewellery and fashion to drinks.

Its TikTok service page lists technical set-up, from account creation and pixel installation to conversion set-up, plus ad creative, targeting, reporting and TikTok catalogue advertising for e-commerce brands. Across paid social it offers a free ad account audit covering targeting, creative and tracking. The appeal for a shop owner: the people who maintain your website can also put the pixel on it.

Why They’re a Good Choice

  • TikTok catalogue advertising, which matters if you sell from a product feed.
  • Pixel and conversion set-up listed as part of the TikTok service, not an extra.
  • A long-established team with data, design and development alongside PPC.
  • A free paid social audit to start with.

What to check before you hire a TikTok ads agency

Check four things before you sign: that the agency will run a paid ad account rather than only creator seeding, that the ad account and pixel live in your own Business Center, that tracking is working before money goes in, and that someone looks at the account every week. An agency that goes vague on any of the four is selling content, a different (and perfectly respectable) product.

Ownership comes first, because it’s the one people regret. TikTok’s help page on Business Center partners (read 26 October 2026) describes how it should work: you add the agency’s Business Center as a partner, choose which ad accounts and assets such as pixels, audiences and catalogues it can reach, set its permissions, and can adjust or remove that access later. If the agency opens the ad account inside its own Business Center instead, everything the account has learned walks out of the door with them.

Your Business Center holds the account and the data; the agency works inside it as a partner, which is what makes leaving painless.

How fast should a TikTok budget grow?

Slower than most founders would like. TikTok’s own budget guidance (read 26 October 2026) suggests raising a budget by no more than 40% per change while a campaign is in its learning phase, no more than 30% once it has left it, and not more often than every two days. Our rule sits on top of that: we never more than double an account’s spend inside a single month, however good last week looked.

Ask every agency on your shortlist for its version of that rule. “We scale when it’s working” is not a rule, it’s a mood. A TikTok campaign nobody checks is a campaign the platform runs for itself.

Is TikTok worth paying an agency for yet?

Only if the basics already work. If your site and your offer convert nobody today, TikTok won’t fix that. If you can’t meet a sensible monthly spend on the platform (ours is in the FAQs below), it is hard to learn anything before the money runs out. Thin margins and a low order value make it harder again, because the competitor who makes twice as much per sale can pay twice as much for the same attention.

For most homeware and furniture brands we’d get Google Shopping and Meta right first; our guide to Meta ads for homeware and furniture brands covers that half, and our roundup of UK Meta and Facebook ads agencies does this same exercise for Meta. Software companies should read whether TikTok ads actually work for SaaS first. Still deciding whether to hire anyone? Start with should I use a paid ads agency? and what a PPC agency costs in the UK.

Pick the one that shows you the ad account

Every agency on this list says it runs paid TikTok campaigns, and every one publishes enough on its own site for you to test that. Ask to see where the ad account will live, how the pixel is set up, how fast the budget will grow and who checks it each week. Hire the one that answers all four plainly, whichever it turns out to be.

If you’re a homeware and furniture brand or a SaaS company and want TikTok run as part of a wider paid advertising service, we’re happy to look at what you have first. Book a free account audit and we’ll tell you honestly whether TikTok should be in your plan this year.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What is the minimum budget TikTok Ads Manager will accept?

TikTok's budget help page, last updated July 2026 and read on 26 October 2026, says a campaign budget must exceed $50 and an ad group daily budget must exceed $20 (TikTok states both in US dollars). On a lifetime budget the ad group minimum is the number of days times the daily minimum, so an ad group running for 31 days needs at least $620.

Can I switch a TikTok campaign from a daily to a lifetime budget later?

No. TikTok's budget help page, read on 26 October 2026, says you can change the amount of a daily or lifetime budget after launch, but you cannot switch between the two types once a campaign or ad group is live.

Can a TikTok ads agency run Spark Ads on a creator's video?

Yes, with the creator's authorisation. TikTok's Spark Ads help page, last updated June 2026 and read on 26 October 2026, says Spark Ads can use your own account's posts or organic posts made by other creators, and the views, likes, comments, shares and follows the ad earns are credited to the original post.

Can we delete a TikTok post while it is running as a Spark Ad?

Not straight away. TikTok's Spark Ads help page, read on 26 October 2026, says a video has to be un-authorised as a Spark Ad before it can be deleted from the organic account. Agree with your agency who does that before a campaign ends.

How much does Snowball charge to run TikTok ads?

Our fees start from £1,749 per platform per month, on a three-month commitment and then one month's rolling notice, with a minimum ad spend of £2,500 a month per platform. TikTok counts as a platform in its own right, the same as Google or Meta.
